After waiting several weeks I only received one part out of three. I have emailed Kyle my receipt showing him I had order all 3. When I got his response back, all it said was "we didn't miss the delivery" - well Kyle, you MISSED sending me all 3 products. Lets see how he cleans this up after I emailed him a copy of my receipt??

This is a Chinese manufacturer and distributor. The Grade 5 titanium unit purchased blew up after a little over 100 cycles. Literally the biggest waste of money I’ve ever experienced. On top of that they originally sent me the wrong product and I received a product worth 3-4 times less then what was ordered and was incompatible with anything I needed it to be. You’re better off not buying one of these at all.

Absolute lack of communication. First shipment was missing two items I actually had to reach out to find out where they were at. The first item missing was sent to me but again lack of communication of the second item not being included in the second mailing. I had to reach out again about the missing item and after four days of no response I was finally told the item are on back order. I was the one who had to be proactive to find out where the missing items were to the point where I believe those missing items would’ve never been shipped to me ever if I did not follow up.

BE AWARE THAT KMwhisper IS A SCAM!!! KMwhisper claims to be American made but is far from it and goes pretty far to try and cover up there Chinese origin. I purchased one of there solvent traps and was emailed a confirmation receipt with there vendor name listed on it. So I googled it and Heaven behold it brought me to Alibaba.com where in china they have all the same solvent traps down to the same photos and descriptions of all of KMwhisper stock. Only difference is it’s 120% +/- cheaper. I did a search online and found that KMwhisper is actually located at - Baiyun District, Taihe Town, Taihe North Road Yingxi Xinghe North Fourth Street 33 Guangzhou, GD, 510000 China They ship from China to a warehouse in Oregon USA that then resends them out to buyers but has no tie to KMwhisper other than that. So let’s recap, KMwhisper stock is from China, KMwhisper is located in China, KMwhisper uses a USA warehouse service to ship out to USA consumers. KMwhisper is 100% Chinese and there’s no doubt about it. I reached out to the company within 2 hours of my purchase and was given non stop very strange and hateful emails for days. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank before he finally issued a refund under the name - Truly17.com Idk about most people but that name website name mentioned above that issued my refund sounds unbelievably messed up and sickening and a lot like child pornography. I personally have no tolerance for that no matter what! I’m a proud American, Dad, Husband, and prior service USMC. This company literally disgust every bit of me and others that I’ve shared my overall experience with. To KMwhisper personally - I DON’T CARE WHAT RESPONSE YOU HAVE TO THIS INDEPH REVIEW THATS INTENDED TO FULLY EXPOSE YOUR LIES AND WHAT YOU CLAIM YOUR PRODUCT TO BE BUT ISN’T. YOU ARE A SHAMEFUL AND WORTHLESS CHINESE SCAMMER WITH ZERO INTEGRITY!!! REMEMBER OUR COLORS (Red,White,and Blue) NEVER RUN OR HIDE. MAY GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!

Fraud. KMWhisper claims the trap comes with 9 baffles but they only send 8 baffles. The “9th” is a useless adapter that is NOT a baffle. They also charge $100 more for the trap so you think it actually has that extra 9th baffle. You’ll only receive 8 just like their competition’s trap. But you’ll pay wayyyy more. Shipping was crazy slow too. Likely shipped from China. You’d be lucky to receive your order in under a month. FRAUD.

Very dissatisfied with the customer care. The owner of the company doesn’t even get back to you. Sent several emails with no response and even left my number and won’t get back to me.

Ordered product over a month ago now, was sent out but never made it past the USPS facility in Hebron, Ky. Contacted KM and they responded saying how it the status didn't change within 5 days that they would resend the product. Sounded all good and fine, I mean it wasn't in their possession when it disappeared. Until which is the 3rd time they have sent me the same email saying if status doesn't change they will resend in 5 days. Note: I never once have received any tracking numbers for any of these other packages they said they would be sending out. So did they really even send them? I don't know, but I do know that i still have yet to receive the product I ordered and paid for nor have I received any refund or discount or anything at all from them yet.
