I purchased a Kjus ski jacket 3.5 years ago. It has been worn perhaps 6 weeks. The zip completely disintegrated this week. As it is out of warranty they declined to repair. It was an expensive purchase ,so I expected it to last longer. Many other less expensive jackets have lasted much longer. Don't expect quality from this product despite the price.

Ich habe mir eine kurze Golfhose von KJUS gekauft. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich mich für diese Marke entschieden habe. Optisch macht die Hose einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck und auch der Tragekomfort ist ausgezeichnet. Leider hat die Qualität des Stoffes meine Erwartungen überhaupt nicht erfüllt. Bereits nach dem dritten Tragen haben sich an zwei Stellen deutlich Fäden gezogen – und zwar nicht nur leicht, sondern in erheblichem Ausmaß. Die erste Enttäuschung war entsprechend groß. Ich konnte die Fäden zwar nach innen ziehen, doch bereits nach einem weiteren Tragen sind erneut Fäden entstanden, diesmal seitlich am Bein und sogar noch stärker als zuvor. Aus meiner Sicht ist die Hose aufgrund dieser mangelhaften Materialqualität praktisch nicht mehr tragbar. Für ein Produkt in dieser Preisklasse ist das absolut enttäuschend. Ich werde diese Marke künftig nicht mehr kaufen und kann sie aufgrund meiner Erfahrung leider nicht empfehlen.

Lying company who don’t send deliver the product ordered

Appalling customer service! They do not pick up the phones and after placing an order and having it acknowledged, it took them five days to let me know they could not fill it.

Buyer beware. The expensive brand positioning isn’t backed up by the quality of the product at all. I paid a fortune for a kjus ski jacket that I used for less than 10 weeks of skiing before 2 of the zips detached from the jacket and began to tear the outer fabric shell. This was poor design and/or poor manufacturing but not remotely acceptable at this price point. As others have already noted, Kjus washed their hands of the issue and simply sent me to a 3rd party repair service. I’ll never buy any of their products again and would strongly advise others not to do so as well. PS when I took it to be repaired, they pointed out that all the pocket zippers were just glued to the surrounding fabric rather than stitched. “The glue was designed to last just for the 2 year warranty period…!”

DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. Quality is poor and there is no warranty in CANADA.

Goal netting frayed within a couple weeks of minimial use — very disappointing as I missed Amazon window to return— no info about returning item to company at all—-!!!

Getting a refund is proving to be very difficult, communication is non existent so I will probably turn to my credit card provider. I have been waiting for delivery of another item for over 10 days and their useless UPS service has been telling me that the item will be delivered today for the last 5 days. Very frustrating and a company that I won't buy from again, not worth the hassle.
