staff came almost instantly plus a ton of freebies

Amazing! Ordered tons of Lolita fashion based items, and in my opinion at a great price better than what I was seeing with other services ^^ My island code expired a couple times and in the end they were still patient enough with me to send the items 10/10 service; will order from here again!

sooooo quick to update the order and communicate about any issues. dropped off my items unbelievably fast!! included extras too. great experience. will be coming back! :-)

Wonderful experience! I had a hiccup on my end and the customer support was extremely kind and quick to fix it! Delivery was super fast, definitely recommend!

Fast, kind and efficient. I ♡ this team and everything they do!! Yes I’m real and yes they are too XD!!

It’s quick easy and affordable

I have ordered the flockadoodler twice and didn’t receive them either time.
