In the past, they were expedient, kind, and fast. There’s been a technical issue on their end and I still haven’t received my order after 48 hours. Since the update on March 2, 2026- it appears they have been unable to complete orders for Nintendo switch

I got most of my stuff I ordered but they were having trouble sending me one of the dresses I wanted at first, I didn't receive my horn and dress, so they came back and I only received the horn and an extra bow? But still no Topaz Frilly Magical Outfit
