Ordered from here for the first time, didn't receive any shipping information for a week (even though I am in the US...) so I reached out mentioning the same and that due to the lack of information I wanted to cancel my order. I didn't receive any type of response / explanation for any delay and all I got was an order confirmation email. Really great customer service... won't be ordering from here again.

Don’t order from this scam company. I ordered a size M dress and received an XL. I went to the website and sent 3 different emails trying to get a return mailing label. No one has responded in the 14 days since I sent the first email. I finally took it up with my credit card company to try getting my money back. I would also like to mention, the quality of the dress was thin and felt cheap.

I ordered the brown midi sweater dress, super cute, however when it arrived the seam under both arms were unstitched, the left arm seven inches long unstitched, this dress was coming apart at the seams literally. When I tried exchanging for another, I was told the dress was not exchangeable, I paid full price, this item was not a sales item. Never again, the stores may be super cute, but quality and customer service is awful.

I've purchase several times from Kittenish and their clothes are wholesale/warehouse items with 500% markup in most cases; I say that without exaggeration. The tags from the wholesaler are cut out and their logo is stamped into the garment, their perfumes turn yellow and oily, and their sizing is all over the place. Every single business partnership they've had had tanked on bad terms and - HONESTLY - they were better when Kora Rae was their parent company. You can buy these items on Shein, DHGate, or AliExpress and I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. None of these products are designed and their "launches" are a joke just like the owner of the company.

Cheap quality. Way too small. Sized for children and no women over 110 lbs were considered in the making of these clothes even though they go up to XL. Asked for a refund for a bathing suit and got a rude response

I am a Curvy woman. Every time I order in their clothes which is an extra extra extra extra large. They fit like a medium it’s disgusting how expensive they are. What models are they using to do a true size and Jesse James Decker thinks she all that she is not she’s such a stuck up person now her clothes are just not all that there target quality

I’m a plus sized woman. Wear a size 18 and have for years. Definitely don’t feel the Kittenish brand represents plus sized women well. None of the models on the site wear anything over a large or what appears to be a 8-10 in pants. Regardless, I have ordered some items that would flatter my body type (there isn’t much) and selected sizes based on their “size chart.” Every time I’ve ordered pants XXL which is supposed to be for 18-20 I can’t even get them over my thighs. It’s impossible that this is sized correctly. Both items were sale items so I couldn’t return them. Last year I ordered the cheetah print duster sweater and it got a hole in it after 4 wears. I contacted customer support and didn’t get an answer after 3 weeks and counting. Really disappointed.
