I bought the Danish whisk to help whisk and mix doughs, but wanted to test it. I used it to mix a variety of doughs, from bread to chunky mixes and it performed above expectations. It mixed everything well and thoroughly and I am not very strong, so that was impressive. Just as impressive was the ease of cleaning. Very happy with it and recommend it highly!

The Danish Whisk makes breadmaking a breeze. Dough moves through the whisk so easily, doesn't strain your wrist, like a wooden spoon. Cleanup is easy, just run it under the faucet. I liked mine so well, I bought two more for gifts.......spread the joy ! Certainly well worth the money.

Bought two of the dough whisks. Tried one and loved the way it handled, so sent the second one to my daughter who has hand, wrist and elbow issues. I think she will be able to use it.
