Hawaii Alumni trip was fantastic
The Hawaii Alumni trip was fantastic. In spite of not everything being open because of Covid, it was still a wonderful experience. Elizabeth and Joe went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Even though the trip was originally scheduled for April 2020 and then October, 2020, we were continually updated as changes were made. Everyone on the John Hall staff was outstanding in planning and making this trip happen in April, 2021.

Dream Vacation
We are so appreciative of the wonderful experience of traveling with John Halls Alaska! To have someone available 24/7 to answer any and all questions that may arise is invaluable. Every detail planned out for us. We appreciated the down days as well. They allowed us to just relax or do an activity of our choice. Thank you to the entire staff for going above and beyond to make this dream vacation come true!

Wonderful Adventure.
Wonderful Adventure. This trip was well thought out. The group guides, Matt and Joe, were knowledgeable and considerate of all. They went out of their way to be sure every person was happy and had their needs (and wants) met. They became a part of the small group and were fun to be around. The food was amazing, better than any cruise we have been on. I would recommend this trip to anyone who would like to experience a beautiful Alaskan winter adventure.

Winter Wonders
The trip was all that I wanted and more. We went dog sledding, saw the Northern Lights, met with a professional photographer at his home, saw Denali from our bedroom window, flew and landed on the ice. The coach driver and local tour guide worked well together. Expert driving through snowy roads and fantastic knowledge. They took good care of us!! We ate wonderful food and the scenery was fantastic. This was my fourth Alaska trip with John Hall's Alaska. I also took an alumni trip to New Zealand with them. I hope to travel with them again!

Two weeks in Alaska
We took the two-week package which included the one week land tour from Anchorage to Denali to Fairbanks and then the one week cruise through the Inside Passage. The itinerary included so many things we probably would not have done on our own. The attention to details to insure we were always taken care of was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the special dinners arranged just our tour group.

I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails were promptly responded to, and everyone showed up when they were supposed to.
