The service was great.

From our initial call, to our farewell at the end, our Grand Slam Alaska and Alaska Dream Cruise experience was absolutely unbelievable! There was excellent communication throughout the entire trip. The accommodations, food and tours were amazing. Our land tour guide, Jeremy Riddle, was extremely knowledgeable about Alaska. The crew on the Admiralty Dream Cruise was friendly, informative and attentive. We were truly spoiled on this vacation!

I saw an advertisement for the Inside Passage cruise in the Anchorage Daily News and thought it was too good to be true. The John Hall agents must have thought I was crazy because I acted like they were suspicious during the booking process. I had not heard of John Hall and fully expected to receive a cancellation notice or just have no one show up in Sitka. It wasn't until 2 weeks before the trip when I received the itinerary and my beautiful and practical John Hall windbreaker that I believed it would happen. The trip surpassed all my expectations. The customer service was 5 star. We were treated like royalty everywhere we went (I am sure it didn't hurt that John Hall himself was with us). I feel like I got the bargain of the century with this trip. Everything was included, save a few optional excursions, and was of a very high standard. Their years of experience were evident in how any issues were dealt with promptly. I would definitely book with them again.

What a great travel experience. Our nine days on land and eight days on ship were well organized and offered a wide variety of activities. We were particularly impressed by Jeremy Riddle, our tour guide. His enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of the state made this one of our most memorable trips.

If you want to travel to Alaska, John Hall is the only company you should consider. Planning, attentiveness to detail, knowledge of the area, and friendliness of staff have made this trip more than worth the price.

This is a first class family owned tour company. Everything was as described and then some! From arrival to departure and every day in-between, our days were filled with fun experiences. Our tour guide and bus driver, Jeremy, was awesome. We needed a vacation from our Grand Slam Alaskan vacation!
