KirobrandsReviews of kirobrands.com

The worst ever scam company who have already conned you from the outset! No refund unless you "pay postage from UK to China" which will not cost them anything! Then they offer only a 40% refund if you don't return the eyeglasses which were "not fit for purpose" as they can't do long distance at all! Totally useless and made of cheap plastic material which you would not even get at Poundland for one pound!!! AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY AT ALL TIMES and get a refund from your bank/credit card company

NEED REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS FOR SELLING GOODS NOT AS ADVERTISED .SCAMMERS NEED PROSECUTING

This is a scam company. It adds things to your order and doesn't allow you to correct the items not requested. There is no way to modify the order, and when I tried to look at it to see if there was a way, my order was placed. The phone number they list only tells you to email them. Now I will have to pay for return shipping, which I'm sure will be outrageous.

Paid $40 for a cheap pair of +3 reading glasses...DEFINITELY NOT they were being sold as.

I wish I had read the reviews before I parted with all my money. It’s a scam. They are flimsy cheap plastic with no prescription. The ones you buy in the chemist are 100% better. They are complete rubbish. I have sent them back for a refund but after reading others I am passing this to my bank and reporting it as a scam.

sent +3 reading glasses ( value £3.00), told the company, who tried to fob me off, to send to a Chinese warehouse, told them I wanted full refund, they tried fobbing me off, with the 40%- 50%, discount, and keep them, I stated they are not fit for purpose, and I want a full refund, I contacted my bank, and told them about the issue I was experiencing, they started a dispute case, with the company, and then 2 days later, I get an email stating, a full refund was coming my way, well done the bank, for stopping this scam

If I could rate these scum a -5, I would. They are scam artists and everything they say is a lie. Their reviews on their web site are all made up it seems and are untrue. I should have checked Trust pilot before falling for their scam. Even if they say they will refund your money they won't. Now, I have to get in involved with the credit card company and the Feds. They are CHINESE and they are typical lying crap. So, be aware not to deal with them and be aware to make sure that you are not buying crap from someone who is dealing with them. The company I dealt with was supposed to be from Chicago, It turns out they were just a front for another company who was a distributor for Kiro Brand. They offered a 90 day warranty to return if you weren't satisfied. They did not honor it.

I also wish I read the reviews before purchasing the plug in mold remover device. My first red flag should have been you can only communicate with them by email even though they responded promptly to my initial communication. I followed their instructions about returning items but was given a China address even though my package was shipped from a New York address. Don’t use Kiro Brands, they are dishonest and a bogus company. I seriously doubt if my funds will be refunded. Kiro Brands does not deserve to be rated.
