If there was a score lower Kirobrands would be in line for it. The product they sent me was nothing like what was advertised. The return to China is very costly. If you hear their name associated with any product RUN from the site.

They constantly withdraw money from Olay Pal account without authorization

If there was negative stars that would be more accurate. DO NOT WASTE your money. Changed my mind and removed my 1 item I ordered, then a special popped up of 2 at $24.99 each so I then thought sure. They added my original item also so I ended up getting charged $90 for 3 pieces of junk. I can pay to return it to ..... CHINA. Total SCAM

The neosocket is a scam and the perks are another scam because you think it is a monthly charge but doesn’t say anything about that you make it sound like its part of the neosocket bonus which you receive nothing for Loren

Too many add ons that I did not subscribe to. Did not want any type of monthly charge for some membership subscription and they also added items that I did not order

Buyer beware! Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing; hindsight is 20-20. Product is cheaply made and cannot be used unless an additional purchase is made at a local hardware store to adapt it to your water hose. While the company lists a US address in Wyoming, if you choose to return the product for a refund, you must mail it to China at an exorbitant cost. In other words, you are stuck with useless junk. Kirobrands’ business practices amount to nothing more than a scam. Good for them as long as they can continue to get away with it, but bad for you!!!!

This is a fake monetary grab for the IDF. I demand to be removed from this mailing list and this unauthorized and unrequested subscription. Again, delete my subscription. I renounce the IDF and all it stands, genocide not withstanding. Your convoluted web site is misleading and makes subscription removal as problematic as is possible. On purpose? Possiblely. This is a general experience with multiple attempts at subscription removal.

Kirobrands.com is criminal -- disgusting. There should be laws against what these guys are getting away with. I bought a hose nozzle they advertised on TV (my bad) — got tricked into buying three, and then they started charging my bank account every month with no explanation and no customer service. My bank is disputing the charges. Avoid this company.
