Hello there! I thought it was high time that I leave a message, praising Kinks and Quirks to the highest level possible! They have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, just for starters. They will always answer questions quickly, clearly, and in fantastic detail. And their mix of brooches and other goodies is simply unmatched— from the store’s adorable, sometimes sexy brand, Lipstick and Chrome (check out their absolutely stunning statement purses too!)— to the ever-classic Erstwilder— to the divinely sweet and well designed Laliblue! And let’s not forget the beauty and ingenuity of brands like Cherryloco, Makokot, Art-o-Mat (so fun!), Miss Fluff, Mischief Made, and Rosie Rose Parker. It goes on and on! There’s no shortage of wonderful brooches, as well as necklaces and earrings— and anytime there’s an Erstwilder release, quirks will have their own drop at the exact same time, including the gift with purchase. (Why not support a small, woman-owned and run business with your obsession for Erstwilder’s delights?!). Don’t forget to check out the wall art and quirky clocks and sculptures and retro cardigans and pillows either… all artisan made by hand, all the time! Quirks is headed up by the inimitable Jenn, who will likely personally reply to all your queries, and often with impressive lightning speed! This business reminds me that other business have no REAL reason for not being customer-centric— Jenn and co. are just more dedicated, they care more! I live just a couple of hours away, and orders that don’t involve pre-orders (some brands are mostly preorders, like my personal favorite, Laliblue— but the time will fly by, and it will be WELL worth it!) often arrive in just 2-3 days, and also at the lowest shipping rates I’ve ever, ever seen online! I just can’t say enough good things about Quirks, clearly. I’ve probably made a few dozen orders by now, as I’ve become brooch obsessed, and enjoyed some other treats as well— and each order is more wonderful than the last! Sales are frequent and generous, and the loyalty program is totally fabulous, so you’ll find yourself earning $10 or $20 off, way more quickly than with many loyalty plans. Above all, an ENORMOUS amount of (home and wearable alike) custom art— ranging from cute to gorgeous, from vibrant to elegant— is gathered under this single online roof. You won’t be able to stop yourself from ordering just one more… oh, and maybe one more!— and you’ll quickly earn loyalty points that encourage you to keep it up!
