I'm sorry to hear that the necklace was too small for your fiance. We do include the size of the chain on our product details page to help make it easier for our customers to decide whether the product is suitable or not before making a purchase. But we understand sometimes it's not always helpful particularly if you are buying a gift for someone else. I've gone ahead and provided you a refund for the necklace. In regards to your review, it is not our intention to purposely hide this from anyone. Our website reviews are batched and published periodically.
