I'm sorry to hear that the necklace was too small for your fiance. We do include the size of the chain on our product details page to help make it easier for our customers to decide whether the product is suitable or not before making a purchase. But we understand sometimes it's not always helpful particularly if you are buying a gift for someone else. I've gone ahead and provided you a refund for the necklace. In regards to your review, it is not our intention to purposely hide this from anyone. Our website reviews are batched and published periodically. As with any user generated content, reviews are moderated for authenticity, relevancy, spam and violations etc. I have approved your review and it is now published on the product page on our website. Hi Johnny, I'm sorry to hear that your order has not arrived yet and the tracking information is not updating. We do have a 2-3 day shipping guarantee on all US orders placed with us. Once we hand off your package to the service provider we rely on them to deliver within the estimated delivery times. I understand this has been a frustrating experience for you and we want to do everything in our power to fix it. Hi Kolter, I sincerley apologise on behalf of DHL for the inconvenience. This is not a reflection of the customer service we provide. Once we hand over the parcel to DHL we rely on them to deliver in the conditions of service they set out. I've checked your tracking information and it appears that you have received your package as of Yesterday.
