Ring is excellent quality, but customer support didn't respond to my email inquiring about trade for another size.

Love the design of the DOU tungsten black/silver with rose gold. I bought this ring just to wear to work. I work in a hospital and don’t wanna wear my wedding band. I’m a size 7 and for some reason the King Will size 7 is a little loose so I don’t know if other customers have issue with sizing. I still gave 4 stars because of the price and the fast shipping and also the quality.

It came on time and everything, I just ordered the wrong size and found out too late. There isn't an easy place to see if I can return it or exchange it for the right size. Other than that this was a very easy process/

This ring is beautiful inside and out, however it is extremely heavy. My fiance is going to have to workout to show that sucker off haha.

I Love the ring!!! It looks great and the quality is great. Only thing is I ordered 2 day shipping and it took 4 days to arrive nearly missing an important date...

Only negative feedback I could give was that the ring I purchased was on back order and I was not informed until after the purchase. However they did everything in their power to get the ring to me sooner than was expected. They also kept me informed personally ever step of the way so I always knew the status.

The ring is beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. The box it came in was also gorgeous. The one downfall was the actual websites customer service. The only way to reach out to them was through email. There is no live chat or anything like that. However, after reaching out to the company via chat on Facebook, they were very attentative and took care of my issue very quickly and I had a full refund within 24 hours. They also responded over facebook in under a half hour. The shipping was also very fast. Overall, great company! I will definitely use them again!
