Never received my tracking information for my order. In the process of waiting, I did receive my ring. Definitely like the ring way better than anything I have looked at from big name jewelers and WAY cheaper than even Walmart. Would definitely recommend this selection to others!

There were a few styles of ring that I wanted that were not available. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, but the website didn't say they were available so a customer service rep had to contact me to let me know. That being said, the customer service rep was great to work with and helped me get a style I wanted and had no issues exchanging for difference sizes.

My fiancé and I loved the combination of rose gold and brown. Very unique. But, the size was too small and there was a black mark on the rose gold in the middle of the ring. We tried to order another one, but you all didn’t have it in 9. We had to order it off of Amazon

I loved the ring, everything perfect... only issue I had was when I tried contact them, but everything else perfect, and in time.

Being a retailer that carries KingWill my view is a little different than a typical customer. We don't have a huge flow of the product but it has become one of our more pushed lines. With the new age fashion and the affordable pricing it is a nice fit. Had a hiccup when they swapped over a system and my account was deleted and needed to be recreated, but other than that, my new rep has made sure all my requests are handled quickly and satisfactorily

Fast shipping and great customer service!

The rings we purchased are beautiful. I only wish the finish was a little better. Cracks began to show after a few hand washings. This is the only time the rings come in contact with water. Other than this issue, we love the rings!

Only reason for 4 stars is shipping was a bit delayed and it was hard to contact the seller. The product is great though!
