Faulty product-..I bought this same 12vac tape lighting…
I bought this same 12vac tape lighting strip a few weeks ago and installed it. Half of the strip failed after a couple weeks. So i bought a second one thinking it may have been an anomaly? The second one was installed and within a week the same fail point on a second strip…?

Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with the strip lights. To better assist you, could you please send us a photo of your current setup showing how the strip is connected to your transformer? You may send it to [email protected]. Since these are AC strip lights, both ends have a rectifier built-in, so they should be connected directly to the AC transformer. If they’re connected without the rectifier, it could cause failure. Once we receive the photo, we’ll review it right away and provide the best solution for you. Looking forward to your reply so we can resolve this for you promptly. Thank you.
