Absolutly worth every penny!!! Even with some minor problems in the ordering process, Brittney from support was able to resolved them very quickly, and went above and beyond to make sure our order was sent to production and to us very quickly. We just received our sign and we are blown away by the quality and detail of it. It came out exactly like the mock up and we could not be more happy with our beautiful new sign for our shop window.

I was absolutely blown away by the whole experience - the customer service, turnaround time and quality of the product completely exceeded my expectations. Within an hour of sending a website enquiry for a custom made sign for my PT studio I received a phone call from Dewi who introduced himself and asked a few more questions about what I needed. Neon signs were a whole new world for me but he made sure to take the time to fully explain the different product options, answer all of my questions and provide honest feedback and guidance on how I could make sure to get the best out of the sign. I really appreciated his time and effort in making sure the product was exactly right for what I wanted to achieve in my new space. I couldn't believe it when the sign was delivered the following week and was sure there had to be a catch somewhere with regards to the quality of the product given the super impressive turnaround time. But I cannot fault it - the sign looks absolutely brilliant! My logo is now proudly centre stage in the new studio and really gives the 'wow factor' when you walk into the space. I wouldn't hesitate to use Kings Of Neon again!
