The Customer Service Made The Experience Incredible!
Could not agree more with the comment before mine "Tabitha is a Queen"!! I submitted my inquiry to Kings Of Neon after talking with 15 other neon sign companies. None of them could grasp the design I wanted and all of them had me feeling like I would be sending my money to some fake shell company. Finally I found Kings Of Neon and the whole experience changed. Tabitha followed up with a personal phone call immediately after the inquiry and it felt like I was talking to a friend! She was incredibly helpful, thorough, and was able to get my order placed so quickly. It seemed like the options Kings of Neon are capable of were endless! I cannot wait to receive the sign for our wedding! Thank You!

Tabitha is the queen!
If 10 stars for Tabitha was possible, I'd be giving her 10 stars. Not only do I feel like I made a friend, we weren't even ready to bite the bullet, and because of her kind and so so helpful skills we did it! She called and texted with updates, and her excitement for us has made us so excited for our new neon!

Excellent and interactive website design that helps to meet each customer's demands. In interaction with the team, the design was easily understood and agreed upon The final product was a truly what was ordered. Shipping was quick and the packing was superb Thumbs up to the great team

Excellent Experience All Around
I ordered a neon sign of my logo for my solo esthetics suite. It turned out better than I expected. I am very pleased about the end result! The communication and customer service was excellent and shipping was very quick. I would highly recommend ordering from kings of Neon.
