Ordered a couple of custom neon signs for my business in mid October, with the intention of having them hang in my windows to draw in customers during the Christmas rush. The ordering process with Kelly went well, but when the signs arrived, a couple components for the hanging setup were missing. Wrote to them, and two weeks (!) later they sent out one of the pieces that I needed but not the others. Wrote to them twice more and I’m STILL waiting for the missing pieces to arrive, and it’s already January. Sure, I could fashion something temporarily, but one of the signs is very large and will hang in a very visible but difficult place to get to, so I want to do the installation just once. Their customer service sucks!!!

Our experience is pretty cut and dry.
- We asked for the "Largest One-Piece size".
- They said it was 96" wide.
- They created our quote/design.
- We approved.
- Sign arrived.
- It was 2 pieces.
The 2-piece error is 100% the fault of Kings of Neon. There really isn't any room for ambiguity.
We tried to work with customer service to correct THEIR mistake. They offered us "15% off on a NEW sign" with ZERO accountability or effort to correct the problem their company created.
This was a super disappointing experience. We are a small business and were excited to finally get a LED sign. We were already planning more in the future. They could have turned our experience into a repeat business, but instead, chose to burn a bridge and lose a customer.
There are a lot of LED sign companies out there - Pick one of those.

Ok product - woeful customer service.
The neon itself was fine and arrived quickly - it was contract manufactured offshore and is likely the same product as available through many other similar vendors. The issue here is that it shipped with several components missing and it took a lot of chasing over several weeks to get them delivered. The battery pack supplied for portable use is flimsy and unsuitable for regular touring. Beware of the cost - literally everything is an option and it escalates from the advertised price very quickly. This firm refused to honour it's advertised discount offers. I would recommend looking elsewhere due to the poor customer experience.

1. Acrylic Feet: After your design was finalised and paid for, you requested the addition of acrylic feet. We promptly sent you an updated design on July 24th, but you chose to stick with the original design, which was cut to shape without the feet. We refunded $59.45 for the price of the feet, minus a hanging kit, as agreed.
2. Battery Pack and DMX Control: On July 31st, you informed us that the battery pack was missing, and we shipped it immediately. It’s important to note that we had already discussed that the battery-operated sign would not support DMX control, which was explained during our initial discovery call.
3. Discounts: The 28% discount is part of our online promotion for non-custom signs. As your order was custom-made, this discount did not apply. However, we did honour a $50 voucher, which you can use on your next purchase. We did not apply it retroactively as the voucher was not mentioned at checkout.
4.Communication & Support: We understand that the battery pack didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate the feedback. After multiple email exchanges and one phone call, we worked hard to address your concerns, including providing detailed information, manuals, power specifications, and even a custom solution for creating a case for your sign.
At every step, we aimed to provide clear communication and resolution, with over 17 email exchanges between us.

Absolutely do not buy from them
Absolutely do not buy from this company. The light only worked once then didn't work again. When I asked for a refund due to the poor quality of the product they refused to refund me and insisted I fix the transformer with parts they sent. It's ridiculous they refuse to refund for a faulty product and expect people to attempt to fix this (we're entitled to a refund and I have been respectful and clear the entire time and explained my rights as a consumer but they ignored me). I encourage others with similar experiences to raise this with the ACCC.

Overpriced and not what I expected
My light wasn't what I expected for the amount that I paid for. I couldn't see the name in the inside of the design. I thought I'd have both the design and name in the middle lite up but it wasn't. The design light overpowered which cast a shadow in the middle and could not see the font at all. I reached out to ask for a return and no one seemed to care nor helped me. I felt robbed by the price and the poorly done design.
