I have been researching a neon sign for an event and I got 5 quotes. All of the companies varied in response time with the exception of Kings of Neon. I submitted the online request and had a gentleman by the name of Joe reach out within 5 minutes of the request. I was not only shocked to hear the warm, enthusiastic voice in the other end of the phone but very surprised because it was New Year’s Eve. Joe was very animated and really made the difference in the choice of companies that I decided to go with. Great customer service every step of the way without a hard sell of any kind.
