Product failed at 88 days. Company chose 60 policy in refusing any accommodation, replacement, refund etc.

I ordered a sweater on 1/23/21 and as of 2/13/21 have yet to receive it. USPS Tracking shows it stopped moving on 2/3 and customer service says they have no additional info. Very upset

After making several purchases I have made my last purchase ,out of all my purchases the only item that has held up more than 6 months is a knit scarf it's not like something you wrap around your neck is likely to fail anyway, but yea that's the only thing I bought from them that a few months later is still in good condition ,,2 belts cracked and broke in less than 4 months, a pair of shoes came unglued after a week, 2 weeks later the other shoe did the same thing..,a coat I bought the zipper came unstiched on the 3rd wearing ,they do carry some name brand items that are way overpriced and that's before the ridiculous shipping charges are added,basically it's all cheap imported sweat shop clothing other than the name brand items everything is overpriced there shipping charges are way overpriced ,they do not stand behind there products at all ,the only semi-positive thing I can say is they have a no questions asked return policy on New Items but once you wear it it's yours

They returns are the worst I sent my items back 2weeks ago and I go to check it say it will be delivered on the 4th of February the 4th came and gone then I go to check to see if it's been delivered and now it's saying NaN I am like what is going on so I emailed them and they say it take 2 to 3 weeks for them to receive the return. But they charge you a $10 dollars restocking fee. I want my money back or I am going to BBB on them because it don't make sense. Then the stuff they are selling is not fit for a dog to Wear. Do not buy from them

I ordered a 5xl Champion sweatshirt from King Size on November 7th, 2020 & paid for rush delivery (5-7 business days) but instead I received a 5xl sweatshirt that fit more like a 2xl on December 19th, 2020 (A month after my promised delivery date). Now I have to pay $10 in shipping on top of the $13+ I already paid in shipping just to return it. So basically I spent more than a month waiting & over $23+ in shipping (Money I won't be refunded) just to try on a sweatshirt that is definitely not "King Sized". I don't recommend ordering from here!! King Size clothing is a scam!!

It has been NOTHING but an unholy NIGHTMARE from the start!!!! "Free shipping" that costs $8.99 + tax!!! They WOULDN'T change my order 5 days BEFORE it left their warehouse (CLAIMED they did not have the ability to change or cancel the order) and they did NOT include ANY invoice or return label like they said would be!!! This makes sense when the SCAM they are running comes to light that they charge $10 +tax for ANY and ALL returns or exchanges, even when it is THEIR fault!!! This "company" is nothing but a giant rip off. Their slippers "on sale" ended up costing me MORE than if I had gotten them from ANY OTHER STORE. SOMEHOW their $24 slipper ($12 - $16 EVERYWHERE ELSE including online, those were "on sale" too at almost 50% off!!!) ended up costing me over 3 TIMES what I could and SHOULD have bought them for!!! ***** WARNING ***** RIP OFF ***** WARNING ***** SCAM ALERT ***** DO NOT BUY ***** WARNING ***** NOT a LEGITIMATE company!!!

U should never oder from here the customer service they don't care. U don't get the items if u do u have to wait for months.

I ordered 2 jackets within 8 hours of eachother and I received the first order and they took my money but all the tracking shows is label created and poof the package is missing. I called customer service and was told I had to wait 21 BUSINESS days before being issued a refund or shipping a new one. Then I call on the 23rd BUSINESS day and now I'm told I have to wait 30 BUSINESS days when a supervisor already authorized a refund. And magically the policy just changed YESTERDAY?They had no problem taking my money but they have an issue giving it back.
