Poor Customer Service 3-4 weeks for delivery and when it does arrive it went to the wrong address and was not hemmed to my specifications and I paid for it to not be hemmed to my specifications. Will not be using this company again

I am still waiting for my order. It has been over a week and the status says processing. One of the items was on back order, so I get that. However they keep dinging my card for small charges. I call and they said I signed up for a rewards program when I made my purchase. I did not do that, when they refunded that charge, they charged me again for more. When I called, they denied they charged my account. Update They charged my account a second time for the same order that I still have not received.

don't ever buy from here you will most likely not receive your packages on top of the fact that even if you pick free shipping they'll still charge you processing fees

I ordered 2 pair of shorts. They were buy one get second 50% off. After placing order received email with order. They charged me full price then they charged me 2 times for shipping. $20 to ship 2 pair of shorts. Also during call the operator tried to upset me at least 5 times. I will no longer buy anything from king size direct.

Terrible to do business with. Their system is outdated and as a customer, I cannot track shipment. The system generate old addresses after you have written in the address you want the package sent to. Never receive the package but they told me it was delivered. The package was sent to the wrong address and they realized it when I called them about the situation. Call them again and it was a high volume of calls with a wait period over thirty minutes. Customer service hours is 24 hours and I called them at 7am and the automated system state they were closed. They mailed a avidavit for refund to complete with no return envelope, no fax number and the return address was at the bottom of the avidavit. I will never do business with them again.

I shopped with Kingsize over a few years and they just keep getting worse. This is the first time I see customers have to pay for there items to be shipper even if you choose standard and if you have to return you have to pay....I think that means it’s time to stop shopping at KINGSIZE!! This is ridiculous who runs this business? Something must be done!! I placed and order and it’s over a week and still my items hasn’t been shipped. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

UPDATE: The Boulder Creek overalls finally arrived. They cost $80 a pair and I expected quality. They are thin, flimsy denim, the cheapest looking overalls my husband has ever had. I ordered two pair of Boulder Creek overalls on Feb 26, 2021. Right after I ordered them I got a message that my order was "back-ordered" Two weeks later I got a message that my order was "delayed". I kept getting delayed messages until March 29, when I received an "order shipped" email, with a tracking number for USPS. I checked the number and found that a shipping label was created, but the item had not yet shipped. Today is April 7 and it still has not shipped! I will never order from KingSize again.
