Worst company ever to deal with. Obvious they do not concern themselves with the customers concerns. Promises not kept, Delivery not as stated , basically tell you that’s the way it is. Will not let you cancel and whenever they decide to get it to you if you return they deduct money plus you pay all the shipping . Never will I order again from there! Think it’s time BBB was notified by the looks of these reviews

Order was slow to receive. Still have not been refunded for return. Ordered $297 in April. Have sent concerns but no response. Save your money and order somewhere else. Customer service is terrible.

i will never order from kingsize agian. there service is so bad . delivery so slow. exchange is so horrable. refund is a joke they dont refund you all your money i paid 157 dollars got 107 back. DXL is so much better.

This is a WHOLLY DISHONEST company. The order was placed on 05/15/2021. I got an email saying it shipped on 5/21/2021 and will arrive 5/27/2021. Today I checked again and the shipping date now shows as 5/24 and the arrival date is estimated to be 6/1/2021. I called Customer Service (chat is unavailable again) and there is zero responsibility for keeping the original date. I said I will leave a negative review and the agent is totally not concerned. Now I see HUNDREDS of others have the same feedback. NEVER AGAIN will I shop with this corrupt shop and I will try to return the item as the shoes are needed ASAP for going to the doctor for Edema problem.

On May 1st 2021, I placed an order for a pair of sandals with a promised delivery date of May 17th. It took the retailer 11 days to even ship the product from their warehouse. Once the shipper received it, it sat in their local warehouse for more than 6 days prior to it moving to the next stage of shipping. I am not 25 days past the date of order and upon speaking with the customer no-service rep was told that they have up to 15 business days to deliver the product after it is shipped from their internal warehouse (which would make the 9th of June). So in essence, a 6 week period between the order and their guaranteed delivery. It doesn't matter what they promise on their purchase page or what it says on their website on ensuring that date is met. When called, they fell back to "our orders are higher than expected and it could take up to 15 business days to be delivered once we ship it". During the call with the Customer Service rep (which took almost an hour to get on the phone), I was basically told to go away and not bother them until this time frame had expired. I have decided to allow another dollar of mine to pass through their hands. Run away from them, Far, far away! BTW, I am only giving one star because I cannot go lower.

I have ordered from king size for several years. The last few orders have taken way to long to deliver. On one order recently I did not receive my order for 21 days, and at the time of ordering it stated 7-14 days. I just recently placed an order and today is day 15 and the order has not even been processed. Their customer service is abysmal and good luck on getting to talk to anyone. This is my last order with them, don’t waste your time unless you got it to burn 😖😡👎

My husband bought an item from Kingsize through Amazon and liked it, so when a catalog from them came in the mail, we bought several other items. Among the order was 3 pairs of pants, all the same style but different colors. When they arrived, 2 of the 3 were slightly smaller and had to be returned. So, starting out the construction was obviously inconsistent. Then the real trouble started. Their return process and customer service is terrible. First, unless you want to pay a $9.99 return shipping fee, you have to take a store credit. We were fine with that since there were several items he was interested in but . . . the credit took over a month to process even though tracking said they had the return 3 days later. Once the "gift card" credit was finally issued (which took several calls to get), the items he wanted were no longer in stock. With tremendous effort he found something to use the credit on and ordered it. About 10 days later Kingsize sent an email saying there was a delay in shipping the item with no updated delivery time. He placed a call to Kingsize and was told they could not provide a ship date so he asked to cancel the order. They said that wasn't possible "because the item was on the loading dock" - whatever that means. We were just getting ready to file a dispute with the credit card when the item finally arrived - about 2 weeks later. It took 2 months from the date of the initial return and numerous calls before the new item arrived. Save yourself the hassle and avoid KingSize.

Order shorts 10 days ago and still have not shipped out.. spent 90 min hear the same thing being transferred, disconnected, connected to a fax machine, but no manager and all they do is apologize and say covid.. sorry but covid.. I have my own business and and a year later Covid is no excuse for poor CS
