KingSizeReviews of kingsizedirect.com

They are not even worth 1star but this is the only way to write a review, I placed my order may 15 2021 on the phone, I'm still waiting as of June 23rd 2021, right at impossible to get them on the phone no matter time day or night and when they do answer they lie tell you that they see your order and it will be there in 5 days or less. I never got a email confirmation of my order but they did get my money in less than a minute. Never ever shop with them again in life

I ordered a pair of slippers for my husband on 4/20/2021 which was on backorder and as of today, I still have not received the slippers. I am getting a refund, but refuse to order from them again. They use Newgistics to ship packages and it is obvious that this company lost the package. Customer service hung up on me as I was trying to explain my frustration.

Ordered a month ago. Still not shipped. Customer service is non existent. Many emails ignored, multiple calls cut off after waiting 30 minutes.

Should change their motto to "out of our hands", cuz after any issue arises once they get your money that's the only reply you'll get. Placed an order and paid express. Didn't get the shipment until June when ordered in April. Wanted a refund of express shipping. Out of their hands due to covid and high volume of orders for the current sale. Placed another order and less than 10 hrs later realized I put my old address as shipping. After being on hold for almost 45 mins, told out of their hands. Even though the load hadn't even shipped yet. Customer service at this place is a joke and they won't be seeing another penny of my money.

I was very disappointment with the service I received. I ordered slippers for my husband. They were backordered, which is fine, but when I called Customer Services, the line would hang up or I was on hold for over an hour and then hung up. I emailed Customer Services and it took them weeks to respond to tell me that my order was backorders and I would receive it eventually. I am okay with the product, but feel they need to up their game regarding customer service. I will not order from them again.

I wish their was an option for zero stars. The worst online experience ever, shipping takes over 1 month. Great how their advertising for fathers day, if you order now you may have it for next year's fathers day. Never, ever again. If you don't mind waiting over a month to possibly get your order, then they may be your company. So many better companies / options out there. How are they still in business?

There needs to be a Zero Star rating for this the most unresponsive Trickster Company ever. For example: A "10 minute wait on phone" lasted for past 45 minutes with no response. I tried the phone contact for 4 days running. No Response. No return emails after emailing KING SIZE directly. They have a response on the phone line that states: "If that is wrong say: Go Back." Which means one cannot reply factually. STAY AWAY. Where is the Better Business Bureau?

This is for kingsize.com Horrible shipping time, they don't even send your clothes until 16- 20 days, like wth? They sell the same piece of clothing at different prices to make it look like its a sale but its NOT, worst company I've ever dealt with!
