The shopping & ordering isn't bad. BUT - the shippingg or lack of is the real issue. They say 7-10 days delivery with Standard S&H. It has been 18 actual days with 6 being weekend. I just spoke to them on the phone - NO HELP! She said - "Lets give it another week and see what happens" Like it is no big deal.

Attempted to return items on an order due to lack of fit, was given a mailing label for return shipment. Return shipment was delivered to merchant 4 days later. 10 days later, no confirmation of receipt. Submitted contact via website, no response. Called customer service and they claim it hasn't been received, advised it can take up to 20 days for them to process a return. Contacted king size credit, which was used to process the payment to file a dispute. They refuse to provide details about the dispute process or if the customer is liable for charges or not. Once this situation is resolved, I will be closing my credit account and not doing business with KingSize again.

I order some water shoes should July 25 still don't have. They said I have to wait 30 to get a refund. I will not buy anything from them anymore. If you want something fast go somewhere else.

I placed my order on July 4th, they didn't actually ship it our until July 10th. the last tracking information was logged in on July 16th. After that nothing. I've been calling to see if they can push an update or something. they either won't or can't. Now it's August 9th and the reason (event) I bought the items for was yesterday. I had to go elsewhere for my clothing needs. So now I don't need them but they "kingsize direct" won't do anything until tomorrow. They say it needs to be 30 days past ship date for them to consider the order lost and issue a refund. Ugh.......means I'm going to be on hold forever AGAIN.

Their clothes are ok, but if you order from King Size be ready for a RELENTLESS avalanche of junk emails after that. They will come several times a day. You will "unsubscribe", but it will be useless. They will still keep coming. You will write to customer service begging them to stop the emails, you will be ignored. The emails WILL keep coming. I SO regret giving them my business and will never do so again. A horrible, horrible company.

Horrible place. Would not suggest them to anyone. Ordered a jacket back in December when covid first hit and I haven't received it since. July 29th, 2021. Tried calling and emailing prior to this and never received and answer. Called today July 29, 2021 and they could not find my order and after being on hold for 10 minutes they said they found my order but could not do anything because it was to far out. So they practically stole $95.00 and kept the jacket.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts for work on June 24th. Well, it's now July 27th and I don't have them. There has been no tracking activity since July 9th and these people don't think anything is wrong with that. They won't refund my shipping cost, they won't cancel my order. They basically just hijacked my money. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I ordered 3 shirts from one of their sales. They said after it would be 8-12 weeks on back order which was OK. Then they ship them one at a time with shipping on each one. Now there 14.99 ea. Sales are a gimmick!
