I would rate this company a minus 5 stars if I could. We received an incorrect size shirt from them. Their mistake. I returned the 9X shirt in hopes of receiving the correct one that we ordered. It has now been several months of weekly calls. No one seems to know what’s going on. They tell me they have not received the shirt. Eventually they do receive the shirt but now I have to wait another 10 days to call them again. Every time I call I am instructed to call in another 10 days. No one seems to know what is going on and every person that I speak with can barely speak English. I will never do business with this company again. There are other companies out there. Do research. This company is a joke.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered a 3XL shirt, was charged $10.99 shipping and when it arrived it was a 6XL size. In setting up the return, the site indicated a another charge of $10.99 would be deducted for shipping. Chatted with customer service who told me that didn’t apply to my return. Well the refund was posted to PayPal today and the $10.99 had been deducted so not only was I lied to by customer service, I paid to return an item that was clearly their mistake. I will NEVER purchase from this company again.

I will never purchase anything from king size again! Wanted to cancel an order the day after I purchased it and they wouldn't let me. The customer service ladies were very rude and ask to speak with supervisor and then she was rude!

Not only do they send the wrong order but if you live in Canada they make it impossible to return items. Worst company ever.

This company is a joke. They shipped wrong items. Then wouldn't ship the correct items. Wanted me to reorder items. Total garbage company. Still waiting on pair of shorts a month later. Don't spend your money here.

As a man of size I have used Kingsize for years always knowing it was over priced. It always took longer to receive the products. The company keeps getting worse. It cost $10.99 just return products then 3 weeks to have the returned moment put on your statement. $7.95 for each hem money you can't get back After I returned $182 in pants I was only going to get $130 back The same day as I returned these I gave my buisiness to Jeff Bezos. I ordered almost the same pants for $125 delivered in 2 days no hem charge and free returns

I absolutely cannot believe how incompetent the employees were when I called today. After being put through a GRUELING 21 minutes of “ could you repeat that” because the person taking my order could barely speak English, I gave him my credit card number and after “entering it” he said it was invalid. Three times he “re-entered it, repeated his claim it was invalid…not true. When I insisted on speaking to a manager I was told it would be an hour before I could speak to one, I told him I would remain on hold for one…of course every excuse in the book was used as to why I couldn’t get to a manager. I finally hung up since he said my order could NOT be processed. I called back, spoke to someone else, she informed me one of my items was now unavailable, ran my card and MIRACULOUSLY everything else went through. When I checked my emails, I now have TWO orders charged to my credit card and they’re not even for the same items! I’ve ordered from King Size before and when they actually send the right sizes and items, I love their products BUT I’m not sure it’s worth the crap I have to go through when dealing with incompetence! Figure it out KingSize… hire people who speak English and can at least type in the right numbers! It’s costing you a lot of business, hence profit!
