I purchased a 5xl hoodie. The hoodie fit great, but the hood was the size of a child's head. I then gave them a second chance, because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. So I purchased a Boulder Creek winter coat. The coat fit, the hood was a decent size, but the arms were extremely short. Never again will this company receive my business.

ALSO CLOSE AND CHANGE ACCOUNTS TO STOP ANY UNSOLICITED CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT FROM THIS COMPANY !

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. No free shipping on an order of 265 dollars. Nothing fit right. Restocking fee. Tried refunding me with a gift card. Tried to charge me a monthly membership fee. Beware don’t ever order from them!!

My fiancé ordered some items for me for Christmas and when the order didn’t arrive, she decided to find out what had happened. She checked and found that the order hadn’t been processed, yet the payment was still pending. She contacted customer service to find that someone at our current address, had an outstanding balance. In conclusion, this company will hold you responsible for someone else’s debt. So now the items won’t be processed until we get this figured out. We would prefer a full refund and we would 10 out of 10, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Don’t waste you time or money. I ordered a coat, twenty dollars for shipping . Ok I was looking for a coat that would fit. I saw comments on the coat and they said the coat ran a bit small. So I ordered a size up. Got the coat and it was huge, Called to order a different size, on hold for a half hour, finally got a person I couldn’t understand. After some time I asked about the sizing, was put on hold and eventually disconnected. Called back, another 25 minutes, another person that was hard to understand. Ordered the new coat, requested a tall size. I looked at the email and it didn’t show Tall, called back a third time, another half hour. They said it was an error and they fixed it. Then the fun began, trying to return the oversized coat. They said they emailed a number I needed to return it. Never received the email. Called and was transferred to someone in Texas. She couldn’t get on her system, she said she tried 22 times. She told me to call back in a half hour because she was about to be off for the night. I called back and got someone else, she put everything together finally. I told her the new coat was on sale now, I paid $81 it’s now $64, she couldn’t give me a credit and then changed an additional $11 bucks for handling! I’m now $31.00 into shipping and handling! Then she starts trying to upsell me. Offering discounts on stuff I don’t want. What a nightmare trying to deal with this place. Whatever you do, don’t give then your email, you’ll start getting dozens of spam emails! I’ll never deal with king size again! This coat is sold as a parka, I’d freeze if I used it on a Wisconsin winter day!

I ordered an outfit for my boyfriend on the 8th for Christmas. today is the 26th and I still haven’t received anything. I called to cancel my order and due to ‘ company policy’ I have to wait 20 days to be able to get my money back. My first and last time I will be ordering from this company.

The problem is that the clothes they sell are not uniform in size and vary widely as much as 4 sizes. Which makes it nearly impossible to shop there because when you get the item, its either a tent on you or tight as a drum. Further, to send an item back is like pulling teeth. Once you get everything together, there is also a restocking fee! Merry Christmas!

I spent a small fortune, $20 on shipping alone of 2 items and still took forever to get them... not to mention the $40 sweat pants looked like they were laying in the aisle at the dollar store and made for a 7’ man! Junk,cheap, $12.99 return fee plus shipping.. just chalk this one up as a bad experience.. DO NOT BUY! I wish I wouldve read reviews before purchase...
