I placed an order on Wednesday and paid for Super Fast Shipping. The items have not shipped 2 business days later. I asked to cancel the order and they told me they could not do it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO WAIT EVEN PAYING CLOSE TO $50 FOR SHIPPING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. THEY DANCE AROUND YOUR QUESTIONS AND DENY THEY SAY SOMETHING WHEN IT IS RIGHT THERE IN THE CHAT.

King Size is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Customer Service hung up on me 4 times! They are condencending and obnoxious and they lie to you. I had to cancel my cc because they were so awful!! I truly believe you will never get your order but they will keep your money! Stay clear of King Size, they will rip you off and customer service people are the worst ever! I don't know where they get their employees but you do not want to buy ANYTHING from this Company, ever!! BEWARE OF KING SIZE AND THEIR DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! If I could give it Zero stars, I would, or better yet, minus 100!!!

I’ve never ordered from this company, but apparently they acquired my email. They send me emails several times a day. I’ve tried to unsubscribe about 20 times. I’ve even emailed them directly and was assured my email would be removed from their list, but I’m still getting several a day. It seems harassing potential customers is part of their marketing an and business plan. I will never do business with this company.

I’ve ordered a number of pairs of the same slacks from time to time. While the belt loops have varied as to number and placement, I put up with it. More recently they sent me a pair of pants labeled size 38 that was clearly about a size 52. Sent them back with a letter explaining the problem. They sent them back to me without opening the inner bag they were sent in and obviously did not read the enclosed letter. Said the return was sent too late. Service and quality are an embarrassment!

I returned a Jacket and because it was past the 60 day policy, they donated the item to charity, saying they are no responsible for the item any longer, what a bad policy will never buy anything from them again.

Do not order anything from king-size I order slippers and someone stole them so I call immediately and I have to sign an affidavit saying that someone stole my slippers before they can do anything so that means I have to wait for the affidavit to come in the mail and then fill it out mail it back and wait for a decision from them if you need to order something from them make sure it's right and you are at home in the package comes because you just don't get a refund or the same item

I bought a few items and never received a shirt I got charged for it $60 even I thought they entered me into there Fu—ing club again like last year they kept taking $20 a month from my debit card no one will refund my money they keep saying it’s on its way 3 months now. DO NOT BUY from them or the women beneath me crap they rip of the Customers. Also send big sale catalogs but never have my size on sale cost 5x more screw them

In December, Christmas present (lined hoodie) arrived defective; the zipper was stuck. I immediately returned it, and ordered a replacement. 6-weeks later I am notified the hoodie I ordered is no longer available. Fine. I called and requested one a different color. Oh yes, to the tune of twice as much as as what I paid for it in December. I requested to speak to the manager…she was busy. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company and service. This jacket should have been replaced, at the same price I originally paid for the first one. SHAME ON YOU. The only reason you get 1-star is because I am supposed to click something and no stars is not an option. Where has the integrity gone?
