I purchased 4 woven shirts at a combined cost of $138.80 including shipping for my husband for Christmas. He passed away due to a heart attack on 11/15/23. When I contacted Kingsize about returning them I was told that because the order was placed over 60 days ago (and bear in mind that it took almost 3 weeks from order until delivery) the shirts could not be returned. Even thought they've been wrapped and under our tree for almost a month now. I understand policy but this is ridiculous. I have no idea what I'll do with these shirts.

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. The FAQ section specifically says this; “The good news is you'll receive your order by the expected date.” As well as; “Just a reminder – our delivery time frame should be 5-7 business days.” Yet my FIRST TIME order was not only late, but lost and customer service did NOTHING to rectify the situation. People buy from the company because Big and Tall men are limited to where they can buy clothes, so we depend on the company to deliver, both literally and figuratively. Very disappointing experience. Do better King Size!

My sister does not utilize the modern technology of smartphones or PCs of any kind. I am therefore leaving this review for her. From the hard copy catalog, She ordered 2 hats, one pair of gloves and a jacket. Despite the invoice listing everything correctly, the jacket was the ONLY thing they got right. This company must hire illiterate minimum wage morons who get drunk on their lunch hour. Just totally pathetic and I will never do any business with them at all. You would THINK that a company would at least TRY to get things right during the Christmas season, but they obviously just don't care at all about the customer.

KingSize has become the greediest plus size company for men. Offering low quality, overpriced products with outrageous shipping charges. They inflate their retail prices in order to show discounts that dupe the public. Shameful.

I swore I would never deal with King Size ever again a few years ago but I saw this jacket and thought I would give them one more try. I received my order on November 27th and 3 days later saw it on their website for 30.00 less, nearly a 30% savings. I contacted King Size for an adjustment and was told that it went against company policy. Change company policy. King Size is beyond hard to deal with and they couldn’t care for their customers any less than they already do.

I have in the past ordered from them and experienced not problems up until now. The customer service is aweful!!! I had two separate orders going and with the first order just minutes after placing it I called asking if I could change the size to another? I was told it was "in process" now and it couldn't be changed. I then was informed my ONLY option was to return the item to exchange it to the size I needed. Then, while the rest of the order arrived, I learned that this same item was and is now a backorder. My other order again everything arrived except two shirts, and again, those two are also backordered with a projected delivery date of 3-months. So, I call them up asking if I just could cancel those items because I didn't want to wait 3-months. I was told, no. Another note was the fact I joined up as a club memeber in the beginning thinking this could be a benefit for me in the long run. The temporary password they send me was invalid. And, I also tried to do a review on some of the products I did receive and liked. The tap to review was listed next to the item and wouldn't you know it.... Every time I clicked on it I just got an Oops message on their end and was asked to try again later. So, later I did try again. Same thing. They have lost me as a customer. Horrible customer service.

Ordered slippers for my son’s birthday and within an half hour lining is peeling inside of shoe. Called this morning to return slippers and will have to pay $11 shipping fee to send back plus shipping fee to send replacement slippers to my son. High pressure to get a credit card with them, continuous sales pitch etc., obviously said no. Poor product and terrible customer service.
