So I have a disabled son who is big and tall so I place an order for T-shirts five to be exact from king size apparel it was 120 135. No problem they gave me a discount disorder was placed and paid for on April 3, so why would I wake up on April 5 to see that they hit my account again for another $98 they are programmed and trying to tell you everything to anger you, but not to straighten it out so now I have to literally go to my bank and file fraud on king size I dealt with this company two years ago, who was charging me every month for a membership to their king size without my permission and not even knowing until going back and checking my account their customer service reps are rude. I can show seven calls to this company where they curse you they hang up on you they tell you they don’t have a supervisor or you have to hold for a supervisor 2025 minutes to be hung up on. This has been such a nightmare I will never order from king size again, nor would I ask anybody to

If possible I would give 0 stars. Very disappointed in my order and the fact they would not let me return or receive the items they left out of my order. My order was a gift , I only received three items out of my ordered 7 items. And one was completely the wrong size , even after paying extra for alteration. I’m am unfortunately out over 100 dollars. And my gift recipient is out their gifts. Poor customer service and shipping organization. Think twice .. or thrice before ordering.. I won’t be ordering again.

It seems like the last few times I've called to place orders every time I get told they're out of stock and I thought this place will have enough for the orders even though I just got my books it's making me upset making me to a point where I don't want to order anymore from king size

ordered a pair of pants 1 was the right size the 2nd 1 was 5x to big. ordered 3 other shirts and never got them.

I ordered a jacket for a funeral about two weeks ago with express (2 day) shipping. I still don’t have the jacket. Customer service won’t do anything and won’t refund more than half of the shipping cost.

I was charged a monthly member rewards fee of $16.95 without my consent. Apparently there is a pop up ad asking if you’re interested in free shipping when you order from them and once you click on that they automatically enroll you in their rewards program charging your card $16.95 monthly. The purchase I made was also very cheaply made. They were supposed to be leather mens sandals which I paid over $40 for. The material was very cheap. It was not leather and sole was more of a cheap foam material.

This company is definitely a scam. Please check your bank account to make sure they did not use your card without permission to order something you never purchased or ordered. I made a purchase in January after a return. I received a refund and reordered the correct size. After receiving the order I didn't make anymore purchases. Well, one night I was looking threw my bank account, as I usually do and seen a hold from Kingsize for 159.00. I immediately called and told them I didn't purchase anything and to refund the money back into my account. I was told even though the item didn't ship from the warehouse. I would have to receive the purchase and do a return. I was furious because they had no permission to go into my account. I will be reporting this to my bank for fraud and see how an investigation into this company can get started. BEWARE

It is quite apparent to me that KINGSIZE does not want me to be a customer anymore. WHY? Well I paid over $100.00 for four x4 underpants; however, KINGSIZE apparently sent me the wrong item: a rug. KINGSIZE wants me to send them back the rug; but, they have absolutely no intent to send me my order. I am 75-years old and I do not leave my home. I do not have the extra money to send a Popular Criminal Organization. I wrote this because it is quite obvious to me that KINGSIZE deliberately stole my $100.00. Has the FBI been notified of KINGSIZE criminal activities???... I do not remember the date it happened; but, I did estimated the date.
