I placed an order and received it today. It came sooner than I expected which was great until I opened my package. I was shipped the wrong item. I called customer service and was told I have to make a payment for the correct item and I don't think I should have to pay for something I already paid for. I told them I want to return the incorrect item once they send me my correct item with a return label in the package, they refused. I offered to pay for the incorrect item at a discounted rate because it's not what I ordered and they could ship me the correct item, they refused. I have spent over 3 hours and 7 phone calls to them because they either hang up on me, transfer me to a department that is closed, or place me on hold for over an hour because I asked for a supervisor.

Very bad customer service. It was my first and last time ordering from them.

I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. I ordered $300 worth of merchandise for my elderly father. The order arrived and was missing 2 of the items that I ordered, but had 3 tank tops that would not have worked for anyone in my family. After several e-mails and no response about the missing items, I finally called. One of the items was backordered and that was cancelled. The second item was mistakenly swapped out with the unusable tank tops. They won't send the missing items unless I return the mistaken items. Which would mean a several week turnaround, and, according to my state's consumer protection laws, I do not have to return at all. After being put on hold for several minutes, I was hung up on. I am out $53.99. I would advise anyone else thinking about doing business with this company to run quickly in the other direction.

1st time ordering from king size, the shorts I ordered looked good. 1st time I wore them the whole backside ripped out, not the seam. Called customer service to be told because I wore them, there was nothing they could do. Will never order again

BEWARE!!! Their billing is terrible. You pay off their bill in full and then they turn around and bill you $2 the next month. Then, if you don't pay it, you get a $37 late fee added. I was on paperless billing and since I had paid in full did not know I even owed anything until it showed up on my credit report. I thought it was just an add or sale so i did not open emails. I cannot believe how they can keep charging you. Now my bill is $138 Please be careful, if you pay your bill off, add $2 or you will continue to be charged and then interest on top of that. I called to speak to a representative, but he was SOOO rude and hung up on me because I asked him how could they continue to charge someone who's paid off their bill. BEWARE, you will be ripped off!

They are hitting my credit card for $17.00 each month after ordering shirts and apparently “agreeing “ to free shipping. Total scam. Been a long time customer but will never buy anything from these crooks again. Beware

Horrible Customer Service!!! A Friend Wanted to Make My Day Brighter for my Birthday.... She ordered a Shirt from KingSize through Walmart I did not like the Shirt but I Certainly Appreciated her Kindness and Intension... I went to Walmart Return Department and was told to go through King Size Online...which I did... I gave the Order Number that was Requested over the Phone, I gave my Friend's Last Name I couldn't reach my friend to get her Zip Code. I asked Specifically if I would be able to exchange The Shirt for a Different Color... I was Astonished that I Could Do That but I Would Be Charged for the Shirt but the Shipping Would be Free!!! Great Customer Service King Size!!! I certainly Think that Your Business Should Fail for Horrible Customer Service!!!! Unfortunately this is Not the Only Time that I Was Unfortunate to Have to Deal with King Size! I Ordered from a Catalog that King Size Sent Me to My Mailbox...I Did Want the Pants to Be Hemmed On the Bottom and was Charged Accordingly...When They Arrived They Were Unhemmed... I was Given the Option of Returning the Pants to be Hemmed... I Suggested that King Size not Bother with That Mess!!!...Maybe King Size Could Take Off the Hemming Charge and Let me Take Care of That Outside of King Size... They Begrudgingly Did So... I Vowed to Never Order from King Size Ever Again... Then Unfortunately My Good Friend Went Through King Size for My Birthday Present!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!

They have the worst customer service the polos I normally get the moisture wicking ones are now $67 used to be $24, I hate this company their shipping and their return policy. I did find these awesome polos on Amazon by Red Cap they are like $22 and the material is great and so is the collar and they are also moisture wicking, I hope kingsize direct dies cause on their customer service and high prices while masking themselves as a cost effective company for big fellas. Just search for Red Cap Mositure Wicking Polos on Amazon, they go up to 6x.
