Poor delivery!!! They chose to use FedEx and my delivery date was pushed back 5 times. Queries were answered with "Delivery progressing as scheduled"!! POOR C/S!!!

DON'T order from them. My ordered shirts did not fit. They were Tall and as long as a suit coat. The arms fit perfectly. I sent an inquiry about sizing for replacements of the ordered items and alternately, questioned the 10.99 I was being charged to return them. I got back a 'template' letter and my return confirmation popped up and said my return was sent to an email that is not mine. NEVER again.

Don't buy from here. You will regret it. I tried to return an item and they withheld almost all of the money. They only keep records for 90 days so good luck getting any resolution. They will send you 5,000 emails 10 per day. They Bait and switch on all their sales items. Sale items are for weird colors no-one would get caught dead wearing. Stick to Amazon.

Would give zero stars if possible, sent the wrong items and wanted to charge me a second time to ship the right items

without me asking they started charging my paypal $16.95 for some rewards crap. I will NEVER buy from them again. I am SO DAMN MAD

They claim to have shipped my order. But they didn't. I checked with the shipping company they supposedly sent it with and was informed they never recieved the item and the label is just "created". They refuse to do anything about it. They claim if i wait about a month they will consider it lost and i "should" be eligible for a refund.

I stop using Kingsize 2 years ago because they continuously screwed up my orders. I decided to give them another chance and order a pair dress pants. First order in 2 years and they sent the wrong length pants as if they don’t even care. This company is incompetent. Now I order online from a company called DXL and they’ve gotten every order correct and they’re must faster delivery. Kingsize is a terrible online company.

I ordered a pajama set. It arrived, it was fair quality but I noticed there were 2 or 3 places where the stiching was completely missing. This resulted in holes. I contacted customer service and they wanted me to mail it back at my expense. I explained the garments arrived with holes. They were less bothered. I will never buy from them again.
