King size is a true disappoinment. Finding good big men's clothes is already a hassle and even harder to find them with decent prices. They give you enough coupons to make the deals attractive. But at the end of the day it seems like they have little to no inventory. I bought 4 items at the end of July, my shirt came quick. 2 of my items were cancelled and the other is now backordered. It's very few things at king size you can buy that won't get cancelled or backordered right now. They don't tell you on site so you're just blindly shopping.

Somehow, I signed up for some rewards program. They took about $15 out of my account monthly, I thought perhaps my significant other had made a purchase but then I realized it wasn’t a purchase. Called the number in the bank transaction record and they answered right away and cancelled the “Rewards Program.” No money returned, and the rewards were supposedly for no shipping costs and a % back rebate. Never saw any of those rewards. I’m done with them and learned another life lesson.

Their inventory management and customer communication is abysmal. I ordered clothes for a vacation a month in advance, anticipating the potential for delivery delays. At the time the order was placed, one of the 3 items was on backorder but would be available in enough time for the trip. Fast forward: I will leave in 3 days, and have received only 1 of the 3 items. An online chat with a customer service rep was a waste of time as he could not tell me when I could expect to receive the remaining items, and was only able to confirm what I already knew - that 1 of the 3 items had shipped. He was even a bit defensive. The customer service person told me that I should have received a text or email notifying me that the delivery dates on the remaining 2 items had changed, but that never happened. I gave 2 stars only because the 1 item I did receive was satisfactory.

This is the worst place ever!!! And they don't care... first off Do not buy there, you will receive it 3 months later... and if you return an item.. you have just threw away your money. I returned an item and once you receive your tracking information once you leave... they will tell you that's the post office and the post office day someone picked up the item for the business... and back and forth you go... mind you as I write this I have 5 items I'm looking for from them going on 2 months!!! They say Covid-19 delay... really 3 months!!! Lol... I'm trying to help you... save your money unless you have money to throw away... I have heard this place is in China using an USA address... buyer be aware!!!!

Quality is passable at best. You get what you pay for. God help you if you need customer service, they don't know what that is. Returns? Good luck!

Great items at a good price, just make sure you have a month before you need what you ordered.

Waist and chest measurements on suit jackets are typically on, which is great, minus the fact that I'm 6 foot 6. Following the size guides I order from the tall side. They don't ask for arm length, and apparently my arms should be about 6 inches longer than they are because while it fits around the chest, I look like a 10 year old trying to wear my dad's sports coat, my hands completely disappearing into the sleeves. Their refund policy and customer service get a thumbs up.
