This company left my tour group and I stranded in an airport for hours after our redeye home! We had to sit on the ground in Philly airport until other arrangements could be made!! I would leave zero stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They also lied about the bus, saying it had come, and that they couldn't find us. Then, they refused to respond to us or refund us for weeks!!

Horrible Experience. They left an entire group of high school students at the Philadelphia airport for hours, after their red eye home. Then they ignored the phone calks, emails and facebook messages. Now they are lying about having sent another bus. They never did, or they would have told the head chaperone and trip coordinator. DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

I am furious at this company. I used them one year for a trip with students and they were great. The next year our school used them again and stranded the students at the airport. The money was taken and no bus showed up leaving the parents having to drive last minute to the airport. It is such a shame and I don’t know if there was a change of leadership, but I will never use them again. The situation is just such a disappointment and a waste of time and money and may turn into legal action

We chartered 4 buses from KingsCharter one month ago. KingsCharter did not use their own buses. Instead they contracted the buses from other companies. Normally we pay the drivers their gratuity directly. However, Kings told us that we would need to pay them the gratuity and it would be paid to the companies they contracted with to go to the drivers. This seemed odd. It also seemed odd when they asked for $1500/driver for a 4 day trip. We obviously said that was ridiculous and eventually they settled on $600/driver which was still high but we accepted it. We cut a check to Kings Charter on top of what we were paying for the buses to go to the drivers. I was suspicious of what was going on and stayed in contact with the drivers. They never received their tips. I continued to call Kings over the span of a month about why the drivers had not been paid and every time I was given a different story and told they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. Finally, they blocked our calls and we have been forced to take legal action against them. Kings Charter are a bunch of hucksters who stole the tips of a bunch of hard working drivers and I would recommend looking elsewhere before hiring them.
