Number of times kingprize flags my review: THREE 😔 Those of you that know me know I’m an expert in identifying scam operations. My track record speaks for itself. This operator ram blasted my anus and is a slipper fish not be trusted. I was spinning $200 bonus rounds of lucky penny. The round ended and I was supposed to receive $700. The end of round I was logged out. I contacted customer support. They initiated an investigation into my missing winnings. Then proceed to close my account and confiscate my balance including my deposits. They claimed that because they paid out previous withdrawals they were entitled to confiscate my balance. I still haven’t received my winnings from the $200 bonus round or any explanation from king prize in regards to how that it is “bonus abuse” It looks like I will have to file for arbitration in order to get this scam website to pay out legitimate winnings. We play these games to get rich and be rewarded and these operators take advantage of the unregulated market. Get up stand up. Stand up for your rights!!! -wise man has spoken-

Site is a scam. They are claiming I used a vpn service to access my account, conveniently at the time where my profits should be paid out. I did not use any vpn or proxy service to access my account, and would have absolutely zero reason to do so. My wifi connects to whatever tower it feels like and it is out of my control when using my pc. They are trying to get out of paying profits and will come up with anything to close your account and not pay what they owe. Response to kingprizes response: this company likes to ban people’s accounts if they are in profit and come up with any reason to do so. They claim since they paid me what I put in that everything is okay. Hilarious . Chargebacks incoming!! :)

I won 100 and have redeemed. That's was 7 days ago as of today.. It was approved to be deposited and my method was bank card. And it's still not in my account 3 days after approval. It's a fun site but giving people false hope is just sad.. I will update my 1 star to 4 or 5 when I receive my money. If not I will post all emails and this review onbfb, reddit and Instagram. Just before I go to the Virginia online gambling commission. Hope I don't have to go there. .updated....Im a man of my word and 4 staes given.. although I am perplexed over, why my debit card failed tge redemption process and why I wasn't contacted via email of the situation? If I hadn't checked into the casino website, I would more than likely still be wondering what is up with my deposit ..

They have a wide variety of games. no limit and hacksaw are my favorite! Good promo packages! Pretty quick redemptions ! Excellent customer service. Personally had customer service reach out to me on telegram and heard my ideas and point of views and listened! So far this has been a total scam experience. They will take your money you will redeem and 7 days later they will tell you the same card you used to purchase coins on doesn’t work for redemption because of a technical error. I just resubmitted and if it does not go through I will be posting here how you can report them to the Florida attorney general for anyone else who has been scammed.

Came across this last night and liked the layout and games, customer service is also super prompt and kind and friendly. … ended up winning over 250$, but cashed out for 200… still waiting on withdrawal payment… will update to 5 stars after receiving payment!
