Well, I'm rewriting this review as KingPrize just keeps getting worse and worse since I first initially started playing here. The main reason I signed up here and STAYED was because they had deals on their SC packages where you would get 30% more SC with your purchase... well, they got rid of that. They also have a total of like 4 support agents and none of them have a clue what they are doing. I continuously have to repeat my questions because they don't fully read what I ask and give me an answer to something completely different than my original question. They also have TONS of issues with their website itself. All of their originals games have payout bugs where they will only give you back 10000 GC if you win. For example, I played a hand of blackjack and bet 100000 GC. I won the hand and it said I lost 90000 GC instead of winning 2x my bet. I went to check my gameplay history, and it shows that I won 10000 GC on a 100000 GC bet of blackjack. A -90000 GC net loss ON A WIN! Another problem is their redemption process... they claim to offer "Same Day ACH" which costs a 3% fee from your withdrawal... It takes them over 24 hours to even review the redemption to approve it. They then send it to their payment processor which may take an additional 24 hours. So, 2 days to receive a "Same Day ACH"... it's a joke. I've also had instances with SC would just disappear from my balance. I won a craps roll for 70 SC and I watch my balance go up by 70 SC. A few seconds later, the 70 SC just vanished without me even placing any additional bets. Support was ZERO help as well. They did no investigating even after I gave them proof I was missing 70 SC going from my recent deposit and the gameplay after. The totals were not adding up. They ignored everything and said there was no "error" with the game. Never saw that 70 SC again. I've seen other users in their chat experience "disappearing balances". I would not deposit at this casino. Feel like they are going to be shutting down very soon. One more thing, they decided to close my account for absolutely no reason. I apparently won too much money on the site and they "chose" to close my account. "This action is not related to any breach" meaning I did nothing wrong. They just don't like that I play live games. Do not play here... THE WORST CASINO on the internet.

I'm glad that I decided to test this site with Gold Coins (GC) before spending a single dime on Sweeps Coins (SC), because Kingprize is a blatant scam. I placed a 50,000 GC bet on the game Limbo with my target multiplier set to 50x. For anyone unfamiliar with how Limbo works, it’s a very simple game: you set a target multiplier, and if the result hits that number or higher, you win your bet multiplied by that target. If the result is lower than your target, you lose your entire bet. There is no middle ground, no "consolation prizes," and you absolutely do not lose just a "fraction" of your bet. I placed a bet for 50000 GC at a target of 50x multiplier and the game reached 84x. Because the result surpassed my 50x target, I should have won exactly 2,500,000 GC (50,000 x 50). Instead, their rigged system decided to pay me 0.2x my bet, returning exactly 10,000 GC. This is mechanically and logically impossible. You cannot even set a target multiplier below 1.01x because you would literally be betting to lose a portion of your money. When I reached out to live support to explain this obvious glitch and missing payout, I was connected with a representative named Levi. Instead of investigating the error, Levi doubled down on the nonsense. He claimed he couldnt see the target multiplier pr the resulting multiplier, but he could see my total bet and how much I won or lost. He tried to tell me that I "won" 10,000 GC on the round, resulting in a "net loss" of 40,000 GC. When I explained the basic rules of Limbo to him, and how achieving a partially negative result is impossible, he claimed achieving a 1.2x multiplier would make the result possible. He claimed that the round resulted in a "low multiplier and that a 1.2x multiplier on a 50,000 bet equals a 10,000 payout. Basic math check: a 1.2x multiplier means you get your original bet back *plus* 20% profit, which would be 60,000 GC. This can be easily figured out by simply multiplying 50000 x 1.2. When I pointed out his completely flawed math and continued asking logical questions, Levi refused to answer and abruptly closed the chat in my face. The games are mathematically broken, they steal your legitimate wins, and their support agents will just disconnect on you when you call out their impossible math. Avoid this site at all costs!

And for ur information this thing that happened so u could take my money like the thieves u are, I just redeemed 100 dollars from sweepico and did the same thing that happened with u accidently put my girlfriends router and account number in for redemption And sweepico just wanted my girlfriend to send a pic of her and her id so they new it was ok and I wasn't committing fraud. Which king prize even with all the money they make of everyone they had to steal 250 dollars from me. In stead of just being civil. There a bunch of thieving crooks..

Literally a scam. Had a redeemable balance but wasn’t given the option to redeem when prompted. Horrible bonus tracker. Was rewarded a 50 sports bonus with a playthough that I far compelted yet was not tracking.

So, the selection of games is pretty impressive (although a lot of the No-Limit City games don't work) and I was able to win a decent amount. I was disappointed to learn that there is a balance limit towards winnings with free SC, but I was impressed by the speed of the first payout. I ended up purchasing two coin packages, and have been waiting for my redemptions from those wins to be approved - this time around the process really seems to be chugging along. In the event that the redemptions are approved and processed, I will happily correct the rating to a 5 star.

Garbage..don't waste your time .

After joining this casino today I won money I am suppose to be able to withdraw. After going into support, Tanya was only able to tell me in broken English that it should work after I re log in on safari and through some temporary password. I have no idea what she means by that since I have and know my password and she basically stopped responding. This far it is not a good look.
