Hi Chris, we're sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. We completely understand how disappointing a run without a bonus feature can feel. All our games run on certified RNG technology from independent providers, meaning outcomes are entirely random and no result is ever guaranteed. We'd genuinely encourage you to play in a way that stays fun and within comfortable limits, and our Responsible Gaming tools are always available if helpful. If you'd like us to take a look at your account or discuss anything further, our support team is here for you 24/7. The KingPrize Team 👑

All of our rules, including bonus and redemption conditions, are clearly published and applied consistently to everyone. We'd welcome the chance to look into your specific concern and clarify anything that felt unclear. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] and we'll be happy to review your account and address this directly. The KingPrize Team 👑"

Hi Dillon, thank you for your feedback — we'd like to clarify what actually happened here. Having reviewed your account, your redemption was approved in record time (within 18 hours), and the funds were deployed on our end within minutes of approval, exactly as promised. Once funds leave our payment gateway, the final arrival time depends on your bank or card provider's own processing speeds, which are outside of our control and can vary. The "within minutes" refers to the speed of our processing once approved — not the banking rails that follow, which we're always transparent about. We'd genuinely encourage you to check your account, as the funds should now be reflected. If you have any questions about the transaction or the fee, our support team is available 24/7 and happy to walk you through the full timeline. The KingPrize Team 👑

Hi Justin, thank you so much for the kind words and for giving us a chance to earn your trust! Great news — both of your redemptions have been approved and processed in record time! 🎉 We're glad our support team was able to get back to you quickly, and we'd love to dig into that issue further if you ever want to revisit it — just reach out anytime. If you're happy with how things turned out, we'd love it if you could bump us up to 5 stars — it truly means a lot to the whole team. 😊 The KingPrize Team 👑

Hi Hayden, thank you for your feedback — we'd like to address this transparently. Having reviewed your account, our records show that your redemptions actually outnumber your purchases — meaning you've consistently withdrawn more than you've deposited with us. We're proud to have facilitated that and are glad you've had winning sessions on the platform. Regarding the specific wager in question, any adjustments made to balances or wagers are done strictly in accordance with our Terms of Use, and never arbitrarily. We'd encourage you to reach out to our support team directly so we can walk you through the details of that transaction. We remain committed to fair and transparent gameplay for all our players and are always here to help. The KingPrize Team 👑
