I recently made a handbag purchase and received an item that was similar but not the exact item ordered. Once notified, Kingdomshirt immediately acknowledged my concern, maintained communication with me until corrected, and sent me the original handbag ordered without requiring I return the handbag sent in error. The customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!!!

I ordered a shirt for my son's birthday. They shipped it quickly and there was an issue with the delivery on my end. I spoke to them and they were so kind and shipped me out a new one.
