Great Design, Cheap Product, Terrible Customer Service!
The printed design on the shirt I ordered looks fine. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. What I received was a cheap polyester shirt that looks and feels like a cheap Halloween costume. Not a single tag anywhere—no manufacturer, size, fabric content, or care instructions. I've never even worn it, and I don't intend to. Interestingly, their website advertises a U.S. office in Boulder, Colorado, and a warehouse in Richardson, Texas. Yet my shirt was imported from China. Not exactly the impression their website gives. Now comes the real frustration: customer service. I've repeatedly requested a return and full refund, provided photographs, and clearly explained the problem. Instead of resolving it, I keep receiving polite, scripted apologies and promises to have their "Production Team" review the issue. I'm trying to return a lousy T-shirt, not launch a congressional investigation. Apparently, issuing a refund requires more investigation than manufacturing a shirt without a single label. At this point, I'm still getting the runaround with no return instructions, no refund, and no resolution. My recommendation? Save yourself the money and frustration. Shop elsewhere. I'll gladly update this review if Kingdomshirt actually resolves the problem. Until then, buyer beware!
