Really impressed with the customer service from Kinetic Labs! I had a couple of issues with items in my order, and Carl was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He arranged replacements for me without any hassle, and when one of the replacements still wasn't quite right, he quickly took care of a refund. Every interaction was friendly, understanding, and genuinely helpful, and the whole experience was made as easy as possible. I’m really happy with the rest of my order (love my keycaps set and desk mat), and the excellent support has left me feeling very positive about ordering from Kinetic Labs again. Huge thanks to Carl for taking such great care of everything!

Absolutely amazing customer service, I last minute realized that I needed to add an extra bag of switches. I contacted them the next morning about it, not really expecting my order to be able to be edited. (Especially when an hour after my email to them I received a “tracking information” email). I would not have been upset at all if they hadn’t been able to add the switches (this was entirely on my miscalculation), and would have sucked it up and payed for another shipping fee. However I received a response letting me know they were going to try and catch the package before it was officially shipped and add in the additional pack of switches, and sure enough they did just that! 10/10 customer service, a lot of companies wouldn’t bother with the hassle of having to sort through, find the package, and add to it. So exited to receive my package and so happy I purchased from Kinetic Labs!

I placed an order for mechanical switches, but forgot to apply a discount at checkout. Customer service (shout-out Carl!) honored the discount anyways and refunded it right away. This is definitely the first place to go for any mechanical keyboard parts!
