My item came broken but they did send a replacement, it did take a while to receive my replacement part and before the baby shower so I am happy. Very kind of the company to give me a partial refund for the trouble. Thank you guys my daughter loves it.

The personalized bead counter, the small wire doesn’t secure in base. And would have like toy put to together.

Reasonably happy except for the beads with the name they didn’t move smoothly over the wire so my husband had to redrill them.

Product took a very long time to receive. No directions were provided for assembly. (Still unsure if its assembled correctly). Beads were chipped.

The product itself is much smaller than anticipated (not necessarily a negative) but the beads do not move freely along the wire rods provided and just get stuck halfway. Overall, a cute product but definitely not functional to keep baby entertained. Super disappointing.

Received a toy that needed to be assembled with no directions or packing slip. The base was splinter, the beads were cracked, and the guide wires didn’t stay put. Asked for refund or replacement. They sent me a new base & rods, no replacement beads. Had to have my partner assemble it safely for our daughter. Ought not require a Ph.D in engineering & special tools to safely assemble a child’s toy.

Wish I was made aware before purchase or in product photos that kindly toys would be stamped on it - takes out the specialness IMO. Also beads for name don’t move smoothly. Pretty otherwise

Super cute! We got my niece a puzzle for her first birthday. In the future, I would add the pegs. The pieces are not super tall and hard for little hands.
