Amazing service!

We got the personalised busy board and taped it to our coffee table, our little girl loves practicing standing up with it 🥰. Our product had issues with the courier but when we alerted the company they were onto it, sent multiple emails letting us know what was happening and reimbursed us some of the cost to make up for the issue. Will use again 😊

Jack reached out to confirm colors and names since I got two different names and colors. Also sent two sets of letters so that if some go missing then there is a replacement set! Extremely fast.

The puzzle is beautiful, and my daughter loves playing with it! The customer service is also excellent: we lost a letter, and rather than charging us to replace it, they sent us a new puzzle! Very happy and impressed.

So far the communication and product's have been great for me personally. They are very open and quick to answer any questions and concerns you may have about an order or product! Absolutely love everything about them. Will continue to shop here from them!

I bought the wooden name board with the animals. My son absolutely loves it! It’s one of his favorite toys to play with. It’s a great way for him to learn letters and animals.

I ordered the whale and received the octopus. Also this does not measure to 10.2” x 5.5 it is short.

Beautifully made product and great customer service *****
