I bought one of the beautiful personalised busy boards for my daughter who is 9mo. We loved it however she managed to remove a small piece and put it in her mouth before I could take it off her, it was a real choking hazard. I have let the company know and they agreed very quickly to a refund, which is very positive customer service, and they also said they will review processing methods to improve the safety. I'm concerned about families who have already bought the version I have, so I hope the company will put out a message to let their customers know about the choking risk.

Terrible costumer service! Item went to wrong address so was returned to the company, when I reached out to try and rectify they denied getting the item back and claimed it was going to take 2-3 months to get back from the shopping company but if I paid a further $80 they would then ship It again! Never experienced a company like this before and hope I don’t again. Stay clear!!!

Don't buy from this company. My package was supposedly shipped but got lost in transit. I reached out and the company agreed to a refund. This was almost a month ago. I still have yet received the refund and any responses since.

Great Quality and easy to assemble. Instructions included and website help if needed as well. The ear holders look adorable in my space! Just a note that i'd say you can fit max 12 ears per rack if you don't want them jammed together. Great communication when preparing order, shipping order and arrival date of order! thank you!

I still do not have woodland puzzle/activity board. Your business does not know right hand from left when it comes to customer service. You have reached out to me in messenger and in email. I still do not have product and you took my money.

I had some issues with the shipping address and getting the package delivered back to my house. The customer service was incredibly responsive and were able to help me solve the problem quickly.

Item was ordered more then a month ago and I have not received any updates

Purchases as a gift for my 1 year old godson. The colors were beautiful, but the busy board was MUCH smaller than I thought it would be. It's about the sizss of a composition notebook. It arrived missing a letter (his name is Jerry; it came with 2 E's, 4 R's, 2 Y's, a one J.) And lastly it just randomly showed up 3-4 weeks after I ordered it with no shipping updates.
