I never received my purchase— it was lost in transit. However, my money was returned.

This was a shocking experience. Not only was the item late and we received no updates but after contacting "them", they said I didn't add a suite # (this person is the only person with that name at the address) so they will not send another or refund me. If I want another they will give me a 50% discount. I have never, in my 60+ years on this planet had such bad customer service AND I lost my money.

Great customer service! I reached out as soon as I placed my order as I chose the wrong colour and they changed it for me, no troubles at all. It came so quickly! Highly recommend, great people to deal with

I really wish you had not changed the size of your product; I understand that material costs have gone up, however I would have understood and paid more, now the one I bought in the past looks awkward next to the one I just bought because of the size difference :(

Was disappointed with how package arrived! Package was not in great shape! Box was broken but puzzle was okay. I thought colors would be brighter! Present was a hit…

This was a horrible experience. Ordered a gift for my nephews first birthday and it never arrived. I ordered several weeks early to make sure there was time. Said it would arrive on Apr 17 for a bday party more than a week later. I had to follow up on it and was then offered a refund with no option for the order being complete. I thought they should have filled the order and given a refund for the lack of effort on their end. By the way this company is not based in the states don’t be fooled. All correspondence came through from a different country.

Quality of toy was just OK. Loved the design but wished the board was better quality.

Very nice product. Timely. Child loves it.
