I never received my order. I contacted through email-no response. I tried again & got a response that my order had been delivered on March 6. I emailed back telling them that I did not receive it-they responded with a picture & link showing that it was. I pointed out to them that it's BS I have informed delivery & had it been shipped i would be able to see it through those updates for every step. I also tried to check on their site & the order still showed unfulfilled & no updates to the order except paid. I tried to search the site to find the desk name plate that i had ordered & guess what...0 items found. To date they have not done a thing to make this right & still took my $30. The last response i was able to get from them was weeks ago stating to contact USPS. **DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY**

The personalized item I ordered arrived with the incorrect name. I messaged right away with the picture of what I ordered and what was sent along with order# and no response until I made a comment on facebook a week later. Now the correct item will not arrive in time so I requested a refund, but i really wanted the item I ordered...disappointed!

Quality product, well crafted.

First time ordering from Kindlytoys. Ordered eight items, received two. I've emailed three times asking for additional information on where the other items are, and it's been over a week and still no response from Kindlytoys. I tried calling today and got voicemail. When I try to track the order (using the order number/email address used to make the purchase or the tracking number I received) it displays "Could Not Find Order" each time. I understand that the order might be delivered in multiple shipments, but shouldn't I have multiple tracking numbers? Shouldn't someone from customer support reply to one of my four requests for assistance?

so when I recieved my order you spelled the word "first" wrong, I emailed you from my personal email and I was supposed to get a full refund and still hasn't got it yet. Very disappointed.

Gave it as a gift and they were very happy with it

I never received a confirmation that my order was received. I called the number on the website and a guy casually answered but could not help. I did not receive tracking information for shipping. It was not delivered to my door but the leasing office and the package was nearly open and cracked. The leasing office did not notify me, I went for another package and it was in the corner. I don’t think Kindlytoys was to blame for how it arrived. The color was off not really green but gray. Due to shipping the first name was split. Overall not happy.
