Hello Dave, we have attempted to work with you to fix this issue, however we haven't heard from you in quite some time now. We have been selling these lights since 2002 and the issue you are facing is quite rare. It points more towards a setup issue than a design issue. With all of that said, we are here to help you resolve your issues, both with the lights and your grow space, if necessary. When we last spoke on the phone I felt like you and I had come to an understanding and you were going to be happier with the outcome, but since that is not the case I'd like to readdress this to see what we can do further, Thanks and have a great weekend!

Hi there Roger, as you're aware, we are working with you on these issues. We are indeed honoring our warranty, and we're working to determine the common factor in these failures, as this is totally uncommon for our systems. We believe there are some environmental factors which could be leading to your issues. We've covered all shipping costs, and are currently inspecting and repairing any affected lights to determine what has caused your failures.

We do offer alternative forms of payment including PayPal, Amazon Pay, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, and will also accept a cleared personal check. Unfortunately, this order was flagged as a fraud risk, and we cannot override our merchant service company's decision to deny the transaction. We offered to fulfill the order via PayPal or Amazon pay. The customer was not amiable to either of these options. We apologize for any inconvenience created, but unfortunately, it was out of our hands.
