Awesome light, awesome service

Lost my remotes and had to program the timers on my lights via the 1/2/3/4 panel. I called in and had the fortune of working with CSR Michael Thomas. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Walked me through setting up all eight timers for A, B, AND C spectrums. Best customer service I've experienced in a while.

Great light worth every dollar

My lights showed up a day early, when i realized there was no instructions in either box i called Kind, Jessica was very helpful, she emailed me a PDF version of the instructions same day. So great to have a company now days with actual people answering the phone and not some automated answering service. I will definitely do business with Kind again.

Light is working and seems great. Only had it a few days.

Had an issue but was called the very next day and they are making it right. Issues happen, it’s how they are handled is what matters to me. They seem to be on it.
