Used the two XL750 for two years. Both units had some burnt diodes. Receive replacement parts in consultation with the manufacturer. Very happy with the service provided!

Purchased an X40 Veg and x40 Flower for growing lettuce, other greens, parsley and other herbs. They can be used in a commercial greenhouse where water is sprayed. They also come with a versatile hardware kit allowing many variations in mounting. Plants are growing very well under both lights but you have to maintain at least 9 inches to the canopy top or the leaves get white tips or end curling because the lights are so powerful. As a retired EE, I picked these lights because they are safety certified and comply with a number environmental and electromagnetic interference certifications and there was good support data available. Very good communication with customer support. The build quality is superb. These are NOT your cheap Chinese consumer-grade grow lights.

Love the light....Customer service is very poor. Bought two XL 1000 non-WiFi lights three years ago. Did not put them into service until January of 2020.... so no warranty. During the first 96 hours of operation six cooling fans failed in one light, two cooling fans in the other. I live in the middle of nowhere...you can’t drive here from anywhere. Everything is transported to and from my community via aircraft.. Filled out the RMA per their instructions. Zero response. Called twice. I want to purchase replacement fans....customer service wanted me to ship the lights to them for repair. Then charge me for a simple repair.. Please sell me the fans! Was told, “I’ll ask my supervisor”. No response...nada! My solution was to replace the fans with better fans... UPDATE: the customer service manager called me today. They’ve agreed to sell me parts! Will be signing a release...so... Yay! Will be buying two more XL1000 lights for the flower room! Guess you can tell...I like the lights KindLED light!
