So far I'm digging the product and cannot wait to see what kind of beautiful flowers these lights can yield. I do wish, however, that I would have know about a 15% restocking fee in addition to covering shipping if there was any reason a customer such as myself would want or need to return the item. During these tough times, charging a potential future consumer and others potentially brought in by Word Of Mouth a fee for wanting to return a never opened or taken out of box item just seems like a business practice that needs fine tuning. Just be wary and use caution when measuring your room space for if you buy too many lights you will pay the cost out of pocket. thanks and God Bless

My name is nick and Iv been a kind user since the kind k3 l300s came out. Iv currently been running 4 of those for about 5 years years now on 12 and 12 and I’m just now having bulbs go out on me. I’m not sure why but for 5 years I suppose that’s good. I’m trying to get a hold of customer service and praying they can help. If so, I will come come back and leave 5 stars and great words to back it up and make sure all my growin buddies know where to go to get there uv supplies :)

Got it to me on time in one piece

After several attempts through phone calls and emails and getting little to no response my opinion of them has changed. Good product, crappy service.

I am still waiting to see how my order is being handled ..so far I am not impressed...

I had an issue with not receiving my glasses and had trouble getting to a person in customer service after several requests. After I finally got to someone it was handled quickly

LIght is still not here...from what I can tell is still hasn't even shipped yet..the initial estimate was that it would be here by now....

I have two V1 light bars. One the power supply failed at about 14 months and Kind sent me a replacement power supply under warranty and at no charge. My other one the light failed at 8 months. Kind wanted a lot of photos of the light including the receipt and I had to ship the dead light back to them at my expense.
