Ordered XL-650 and paid with AMEX card. Did not hear anything for several days, contacted customer service, and they said they were out of stock. Took several days to refund money also.

XL750 a $1250 product did not work out the box like the rest of these 1 star reviews im reading now. I saw a few when I first started researching this company and thought these people were just unlucky. Turns out I'm one of them too. Not only that, I had to pay $700 for a loaner on a credit card cause I used all my actual money on an overpriced product that didn't work. 2 months, 5 phone calls and 20+ emails I'm still waiting for them to refund my money on the loaner they've had sitting in a warehouse for over 2 weeks. Customer service is a masters class at a clown college. I wish I took these reviews more seriously when doing the research because you could very likely end up being one of these unlucky people like me.

Lights onboard PI system crashes, when accessing the control dashboard the temperature wouldn't show up. The lights when set to a schedule would not follow the schedule (again due to the onboard Rasberry PI system failing). When contacting customer support, I was given an email and instructions to enter the "inspection" page of the website and told to update that way. Which there was no update and it did not fix my issue. Due to my own hard work, I was able to fix it. The only good thing about Kind LED is that the light works well. When I brought this issue up after having the light for TWO WEEKS, I was told that if it cant be solved. I would have to send it in and pay restocking fees.........Seriously? I just spend over a thousand dollars and you send me a product that doesn't work and instead of fixing it. You bring up that I am going to have to pay more for you to fix your mistake. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!! Customer Service- Horrible The onboard Computer system for lights- Horrible

Quite amazed that a product was sent in this condition, did not work when I received it. Was told I needed to add a new chip to the motherboard. Waited 2 weeks for chip, still no go. Very difficult to install the chip. So I placed my order Oct 20th, and nearly 2 months later still waiting to try this light. Communication is bad, no response to e-mail messages. The reviews for this company were great, so I'm surprised for this type of experience. I think $1700 is a huge investment to pay for a service that has not delivered as promised.

Had the light 25000 hours 15 lights went out tried sending the light in for warranty fix and every delivery company wants 150 plus to deliver. 25000 hours of use and its broken on 15 lights. Some words of advice, don't buy these lights if you can't afford 150 to 300 for shipping cost to send back to KIND led. They claim it will work 50000 hours. It happened to 2 out of 4 lights. Take a 50 50 risk? Its up to you. Be kinda. kinda going to work, kinda might make it to 50000 hours.

The light's web interface doesn't work. I made multiple calls with support and they were unable to help.

Bad terrible customer service I tried returning before 30 days after purchase and they wanted to take 15% as stocking fee. lights aren’t worth the money at all they use cheap no name Chinese LEDs that burn out especially the IRs

The use of sub-quality components makes these lights un-reliable. Purchased four XL750 units two years ago and had shipped to NZ. About 8 months into use, the fan in one of the units broke apart. Contacted Kind LED regarding repair, but couldn't get any progress based on receipts, so gave up. Now a second unit has a fan that disintegrated. So I opened the two units up... All eight of the fans in each XL750 have cracks in the blades. Only a matter of time before they all break apart. Would not buy for this supplier again.
